15 Bank Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies. 
 

Yes, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you are away. 

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the Online Portal or contact our team of management professionals.
 

We have a 24 hour concierge desk available to assist with your needs after-hours.

AMENITIES

Parking is offered and available at our community via Parking.com at a cost per hour or monthly basis. Please visit their website to learn more or give us a call!
 

Everything you need is right here at 15 Bank Apartments. Boasting a 24-hour fitness facility with new Cybex equipment and individual TVs, plenty of co-working spaces like the Cyber Cafe and business center with a private conference room, a resident lounge complete with a fireplace, two outdoor courtyards with lounge seating, a fire pit, gas grills, and dining areas, a private dog park onsite for your furry friends, and so much more, your new home is equipped with all the spaces that make White Plains living so much better. We can recommend clients for a furnished home through one of our corporate leases. Please contact our leasing office directly for more details! 

ADMIN

All applicants' information must be completed on our online application to allow for a background and credit check. All occupants must have their ID verified through Checkpoint ID. The $500 holding fee must be paid at the time of application to hold the apartment until the move-in date. 

Move-in checks must be bank certified funds or money orders. After move-in residents can pay online using the BILT platform or pay by personal check.
 

Renters insurance is a requirement in our community and must meet the requirements noted in Policy Validator. 
 

We offer contacts for Optimum or Verizon. 

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a 60-day notice requirement.

There is no set-up required! Your utilities will be set-up and working on move-in day. Residents will receive a monthly bill for utilities in addition to their monthly rent.

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.
 

LOCATION

15 Bank Apartments has an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance! The White Plains Train Station is just 180 feet from our community and grants you quick access to Downtown Manhattan in just 40 minutes!
 

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in White Plains School District. 
 

We are adjacent to the Metro North railroad and right off all major highways, a short distance from Bronx River Parkway, Interstate 287 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these modern While Plains apartments, we encourage you to schedule a tour on our Schedule a Tour Page to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
 

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
 

We are adjacent to Metro North train and noise levels are moderate.

City Center is within walking distance of our community and offers Target and Shop Rite supermarket.  The are other shopping plaza locations in White Plains, Hartsdale, Scarsdale, Eastchester shop and are all located within a short driving distance!
 

15 Bank apartments has additional monthly fees for using amenities, gas, electric, water and sewer fees. In addition, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent/storage dependent on resident circumstances. 
 

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited. 
 

To make sure 15 Bank Apartments is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM weekedays and from 12 AM to 8 AM on weekends.
